Help Sinéad Shine:.
On Sunday 21st June, Bride Rovers Ladies GAA in conjunction with Bride Rovers GAA will hold a family fun day at the main pitch from 5pm onwards. Other sideline attractions will include a fancy dress parade (funniest Bride Rovers’ supporter), penalty shoot outs, target competitions, face-painting, a book sale and much, much more. There will be no entry fee to the event but donation buckets will be available for contributions to this most worthy cause. In addition, donations can be made to The Sinead Kearney Lyme Treatment Fund BOI, Fermoy: IBAN IE 14BOFI 90286493983594. http://www.sineadshines.org/

U14 Cork Ladies Football:
Congratulations to Katie Quirke (captain) and Sarah Murphy (goalkeeper) who have progressed to the u14 All-Ireland Ladies Football final following a win over Meath on Saturday. The final will be played on 4th July and we wish Katie, Sarah and the Cork team all the best of luck.
U14 Camogie:
On Sunday morning, our u14 camogie team played Fr. O’Neills at home. They were a very good team and we struggled to compete, particularly in the first half. Despite some fantastic saves by Rachel in goal, some nicely converted scores from Shauna, Sarah and Katie, and a massive work rate from all the players throughout the game, we were out of our league and Fr. O’Neills were the deserved winners at the full time whistle.
Team: Rachel O’Flynn, Lucy Hicks, Katie Quirke (1-1), Anna Murray, Caoimhe Hazelwood, Shauna Hayes (0-1), Rebecca Walsh, Sarah Murphy (1-2), Fiona Barry, Abby Keating, Alice Murray, Ella Quinlan, Ciara O’Flynn.
Clothes Collection:
First Friday collection of old clothes, shoes and handbags will be taken at the Community Centre on Friday July 3rd from 7.30 to 8.00pm.
