Ladies Club Report... - 2015-01-20 06:35:00

The annual social for Bride Rovers Ladies Football and Camogie Club and Bride Rovers GAA Club was held at the Corrin Event Centre last Saturday night. There was a fantastic attendance of over 150 players, members, family and friends and the evening proved to be a tremendous success.

Special presentations were made to Ger Lane who was recently elected Chairman of the Cork County Board, and to Rita Kelleher for her tireless work with the club over a long number of years.

Fr. Neilus O’Donnell presented the ladies’ medals, and Fr.Michael Leamy, who was attending his first Bride Rovers function since his appointment as Parish Priest to Rathcormac, presented medals to the Bride Rovers’ players. Presentations were also made to our county players and to the mentors of the county champions.
