Medal Presentations/End of year GAA Social...

The adult social will be a joint event this year with Bride Rovers
club and is fixed for Saturday, January 17th at the Corrin Event
Centre. Tickets are available from any of the club officers.

Medals will be presented for the following at the adult social :


County Senior B ladies football league

County Junior B camogie championship

County U21 B football championship

County Junior 13-a-side A football league

County Minor D camogie league

East Cork Minor B ladies football championship

The end of year party for the U12/U14 and U16s took place at the
Rathcormac Inn on Friday 2nd January. Music was provided by DJ Mossy
Dooley and the medals were presented by Ger Lane, Chairman of the
County Board.

Congratulations to Fiona Barry and Katie Quirke who received a special
presentation for their participation in the Primary Games. Also to
Grace Cullotty (football)  and  Emma Barry and Siobhan O'Sullivan
(camogie) for their selection on the U14 Cork teams. Thanks to the
management and staff at the Rathcormac Inn for providing the food and
venue.

The end of year party for the U8/U10s took place at the Community Hall
on the 4th January in conjunction with the boys' club. Again, music
was provided by DJ Mossy Dooley and the children received party bags,
with refreshments for the adults. Many thanks to the parents who were
involved in organising this event.

The next 'First Friday' clothes collection will be on Friday February
6th at  7.30 pm to 8.00pm at Rathcormac Hall. All contributions are
greatly appreciated.
