Tickets for the weekly Lotto Draw are priced at just 2 each and can be purchased from Club members. They are also available in local business outlets  and online at locallotto.ie Support for the weekly Lotto is vital and greatly appreciated as the costs involved in running a GAA Club are increasing all the time. As well as the day to day costs we are planning more major Development work in Pairc na Bride in 2014 so finance is always needed.
Mighty Night at Corrin.
The Bride Rovers ladies and Juvenile Clubs held a joint victory social at Corrin Event centre on last Saturday night. It was a great night with Cork Hurlers Patrick Cronin and Seamus Harnedy presenting  medals to the seven victorious teams. Presentations were also made to team mentors and the players who played on various Cork teams. MC was Mossy O Sullivan and Mossy Dooley provided the music on  the night. Thanks to Catherine and all at Corrin Event Centre. Pictured Martin O Sullivan manager u13 Hurlers with Patrick Cronin , for more see Photo Gallery
WEATHER SPOILSPORT.
We had two football games down for decision last weekend, Minor against Carrignavar and junior against Ballinacurra. The foul weather however meant no pitch was playable so both games went off. The position for this coming weekend doesn't look much better as the forecasters tell us that there seems to be likely let up in the rainfall situation.

EXECUTIVE MEETING.
The next meeting of the Club executive is on this coming Monday night February 17th at 9pm.

Scor.
The East Cork Final of Scor Sinnsear is on in Lisgoold on this coming Sunday night.  WE hope to have an entry but in reality there seems to be little interest in Scor at adult level.
Position on FAS CE Scheme.
A position on the FAS Community Employment Scheme is available at present in Rathcormac. The position is for twelve months and anyone interested should ring  086 3009107.

CORK GAA WEBSITE WINS AWARD.
On last Saturday night in Croke Park the annual McNamee awards were presented. These awards are all to do with the promotion of Gaelic Games in print and in the media generally. They commemorate Patrick McNamee who was elected GAA President in 1938. He holds the unique distinction of being the only GAA President to date to have also broadcast an All Ireland Final Commentary. This year the Cork GAA Website won a prestigious award. Well done to all concerned and especially County Board vice chairman Gerard Lane. It was during his term as County PRO that the Cork Website was completely revamped and is now the top County website in the country.

Ballysaggart in action again.
Having played a thrilling draw last Saturday in Croke park the hurlers of Ballysaggart are back in action again this coming Saturday afternoon. Ballysaggart led by ten points at one stage in their game against Creggan Kickhams from Antrim but in the end were mightily relieved to get a draw after extra time. It is possible that the replay will go ahead in Cusack Park, Mullingar on Saturday. We wish Ballysaggart all the very best in the replay.
