Lotto now at €10,200...

Club Lotto :

Last week’s draw took place for a jackpot of €10,000 there was no winner....

The five lucky dips were Kevin Ring, Fermoy,Gayle & Anthony Coleman c/o Benskins Bar, Mary o Regan WgHill, Tony Hyland Kilworth, Jimmy Johnson Bartlemy. 

Tickets for the Lotto are just €2 each and can be purchased from members, in local businesses or online at locallotto.ie see www.briderovers.ie

Special Christmas draw

On next Tuesday December the 17th we will have the special Christmas Lotto with many extra free prizes being drawn on the night. On the following two weeks the Lotto will come back one night to the monday night.

This will mean the Lotto will be held on Monday Dec 23rd followed by Monday Dec 30th. A yearly Lotto Ticket for €90 would make a perfect Christmas present.

The Lotto is vital for generating funds for the running of the Club.

 Astro-Turf available to Hire:

The Astro-turf pitch at Bride Rovers is available for hire by contacting James Bermingha1. Pitch is suitable for 5 a side teams and costs €50 per hour .

 St Stephens Day FunRun/ Walk.

On St Stephens Day a Fun Run and or Walk is being held to  generate Funds for a players Training Fund for the coming playing season. Full details next week.

 Conventions:

The Cork GAA Board Annual Convention will be held on Saturday December the 14th in Pairc Ui Chaoimh, with Mass at 6pm followed by the main Convention business at 7pm. The Draws for the 2014 Championships will be the highlight as well an update on the development plans

Cork GAA Yearbook :

The Cork GAA Yearbook will be on sale very soon from all GAA clubs and a number of other outlets, price.For a base price of €85 (€10 for juveniles), the Season Ticket includes all Allianz League games in your chosen code, plus the first Championship game of 2014 in that code. It would make the ideal gift for truly dedicated Cork GAA fans, and offers a further loyalty reward in that attendance at 60% of the League games guarantees an All Ireland Ticket if Cork are in the Final..

Congratulations to the Ballysaggart Club from West Waterford who on Sunday last at Mallow were crowned Munster Junior Hurling champions. Ballysaggart are a small club in the parish of Lismore so great credit is due to them for winning the provincial title. They will play the Sligo Senior County champions in the All Ireland semi  final in February.
