Pairc na Bride hosted the two East Cork finals last Saturday, Glenbower Rovers and Lisgoold played the Michael O Connor Motor Factors Junior A Football final, with Glenbower Rovers coming out on top 2-9 to 1-7 and now move on to play Belgooly in the County Championship
The East Cork Oil Junior A Hurling Final saw Castlemartyr and Sarsfields clash, for the blue Riband of East Cork Junior Hurling the Jamsey Kelleher Cup, and here the Castlemartyr boys were well on top throughout, and were very deserving winners on a scoreline of 2-16 to 2-10 and now play Kilbrin in the County Semi Final next weekend.
James Bermingham did an outstanding job as referee and combined his duties as Club Chairman excellently in what was a great day for all in the club.Well done to all concerned
