Under 12 boys progress in Waterford....

On Sunday we travelled to Clonea-power GAA grounds in Waterford to play in the Tommy Finn tournament. We played 3 matches against De Le Salle, Freshford and Ballingarry of Tipp.
Bride Rovers 2-6 De le Salle 0-5
Bride Rovers 3-2 Freshford 3-4
Bride Rovers 3-7 Ballingarry 3-5.
Some great games were played in warm conditions. Games are a lot tougher here with the refs letting the games flow. The boys played great hurling in all three games. It was said out of the 24 matches over the weekend our game with Freshford was the best hurling game. We go back next week to play Mooncoin also from Kilkenny in the 1/4 finals. Thanks to all the parents for driving and supporting the boys.
