Juniors Win....
Our Junior Hurling team had a good win over Ballyhooley on Saturday night. This was our fourth game in the Cavanaghs of Fermoy JHL Division 1 and we recorded our first victory. It was a good game of hurling with plenty of top class scores from both sides.
The final score was Bride Rovers 2 15, Ballyhooley 1 10.

Senior Hurling v Kilmallock.
On Friday evening we travelled to the picturesque venue of Kilmallock to take on the home side in a Senior Hurling Challenge. It was a lively game but the Kilmallock side took their chances well and scored 1` 16 to our tally of 1 10.

This week's draw took place in O'Coileán's Bar for a jackpot of â¬3,800 on Tuesday April 30th. The four numbers drawn were 1,9,20 & 26 and there was no jackpot winner.

Minor Hurling League.
We were due to play city side St. Vincents in the Co MHL last Thursday night but we received a walkover.
We will have a break from competitive Minor games now until after the Examinations but training will continue.
Rathcormac School Re Union.
Plans for a Rathcormac National School are underway. September the 13th and 14th are the days planned for the event. Regular organisational meetings are now being held so all past pupils try and help out especially with information on those left the parish. This year 2013 is the Year of the Gathering when visitors are being welcomed home from abroad to events all over the country.
Astro-Turf available to Hire;
The Astro-turf pitch at Bride Rovers is available for hire by contacting James Bermingham on 086 8350741. Pitch is suitable for 5 a side teams and costs â¬50 per hour with lights. A reminder to all those who have pre-booked the facility, if for some reason your group cannot take up their allocated time slot please let Club Officers know immediately.
