Bride Rovers 0-2 Kilbrittian 0-4

We contested the semi-final last Saturday it was a short game as it was 15 minute halves. It took us a while to settle and there was a lot of pressure on our backs Ben keeping a clean sheet with Peter, Shane, Patrick Ciaran and Griffin defending well Kilbrittian scored 3 points in the first half while Conleth scored a point from a free.
Eoin and Jordan were pushing forward from the start of the second half but Kilbrittain scored 0-2. It was the last 5 minutes of the game that we settled and did most of our attacking but found scores hard to come by as Cian, Shaun, John and Mark were chasing everything. Conor was fouled and Brian pointed the free.

U13 Football Championship

Bride Rovers 0-10 Blarney 3-1

This was played on Monday evening at home. Blarney were quick off the mark scoring a goal from the throw in. Ben in goal and his backs Matthew John and Ruairi then settled and defended well. We pushed forward with Griffin, Brian, Peter and Jordan all scoring points before Blarney goaled before half time.
Eoin, Patrick and Ciaran were solid at the back throughout the second half as we pushed forward again with points from Brian, Conor, Shaun and Cian. Conleth scored 2 points. Tom was chasing everything when introduced from the second half and made some great passes. Blarney attacked again for the last 10 minutes and scored 1-1 leaving the game in a draw. The replay is now fixed for this Friday night at 7pm in Blarney. Best of luck lads.
