Congratulations to all the Bride Rovers representatives who helped Loreto Fermoy win Munster Colleges Junior A honours when they defeated Cahir by 6-3 to 1-10 in Cahir last Sunday. Players from the club were Claire Murphy, who also captained the side, Laura Quirke, Madison Parle, Aine Cashman, Trish O'Sullivan, Katie Connor, Karen Sheehan and Grace Culloty. The panel were well prepared by Ger Murphy and our own James Ahern and now look forward to an All-Ireland semi-final against Ulster opposition.Bride Rovers were not in action this weekend because of pitch closures.
