Bride Rovers 1-14 Aghabullogue 1-1

We travelled to Coachford for this game and played well throughout the game. Aghabullogue were the first to score with a point before Eoin and Fergus linked up with Kieran for our first goal. Aghabullogue scored a goal before we took over the game with Griffin scoring 0-4 Patrick 0-2 Conor making some great passes to assist these scores.
We dominated the second half Ben in goal kept a clean sheet for the remainder of the game while John Jordan Brian and Beineon were strong at the back. All the subs Ciaran, Michael Q, Cian, Shaun, Michael F, Shaun and Seamus were introduced and played well. We finished strong with Eoin scoring 0-2 Griffin 0-3 Cian 0-1 Conleth 0-2

We proved too strong in this game as Ben Jordan Griffin and Patrick were all at their best allowing St Vincents only 0-2 in the first half while Conor scored 0-1 Brian 1-3 Cian 0-1 Conleth 1-2 Ciaran 0-1 Eoin 0-2
Shaun Ruari and Craig were chasing everything while St Vincents came out strong in the second half scoring 1-8 but we were strong enough with the following scorers in the second half Eoin 0-3 Cian 0-1 Griffin 0-2 Jordan 0-1 Seamus 1-1

Ride Rovers 3-13 Ballygiblin 4-6 (aet)

This was a thrilling game as it was hard to separate both teams. Ballygiblin scored the opening point before Conleth and DJ passed to Jessie for our first point. Shane made some great saves while John Tadgh Brian and Jack were strong at the back making some great clearances. Ballygiblin scored 0-2 while Jessie scored 0-2 from frees and DJ scored a point from play.
Jordan Made a vital block as Ballygiblin were heading for goal at the start of the second half and cleared his lines. However Ballygiblin scored 1-1 while DJ scored 0-4 and Jessie 0-1. Leon and Shane were chasing everything at midfield while Eoin and Conor were making some great passes in the forwards. Adam sent a long ball into Jordan S who sent the ball to the net. Ballygiblin scored a point while DJ also pointed. We were ahead by 5 heading into the last 5 minutes at this stage Ballygiblin took over and kept attacking until they eventually broke down our defence scoring 1-2 to draw the game.
Ballygiblin were stronger in the first half of extra time scoring 2-3 to our 0-1. We then dominated the second half scoring 2 goals to their 3 points but it wasn't to be on the night.

Bride Rovers 6-7 Brian Dillons 1-3

Brian Dillons were quick off the mark scoring 1-3 which was to be their only score of the game before we settled into the game. Ben in goal solid as always while John Adam, Jack and Jordan were clearing any ball making it's was to the back line. Christopher passed to Shane O'C for a point while Griffin passed to Shane O'F for a goal which he followed quickly with a point. Mark sent the ball to Jordan S for a point while Jessie passed to Griffin for a goal.
Patrick played well when introduced while we continued to score throughout the second half DJ 1-0 Jessie 0-1 Ian 0-1 Leon 1-0 Tadgh 1-2 and Eoin 1-0

U13 Football Championship

Sliabh Rua 3-13 Bride Rovers 0-8

Sliabh Rua were the stronger side in this game which was contested in awful conditions at home. Sliach Rua scored 3-11 in the first half despite the best efforts of Ben between the posts also John Eoin and Patrick at the back. Ball was limited to Shane Mark and Peter in the forward line while Brian was our only scorer with a point.
We came into the game a bit more in the second half. Ciaran Jordan and Griffin started to dominate sending ball to the forwards. Conor Sean Christopher and Cian all played well. Sliach Rua scored 0-2 in the second half while Brian scored 0-2 Richard0-1 Beineon 0-2 Conleth 0-1 and Adam 0-1

Bride Rovers 3-8 Lisgould 2-11

This was an exciting game contested last Monday night. Lisgould scored 2-7 throughout the first half as Jordan and John were playing well in front of goal. Adam Cian and Christopher were working tirelessly in the forwards as Griffin scored 0-3 Eoin 1-1 Conor 0-1
Patrick and Shaun were introduced for the second half and both played well while Fergus had to be taken off injured and we wish him a speedy recovery. Ben brought off some great saves as Conleth scored 0-1 Eoin 0-1 Shane 1-0 Griffin 0-1 and Mark 1-0 however Lisgould managed to score 0-3 to leave the game level at full time.
