Bride Rovers 8-3 Mayfield 3-1
On Friday the 20th we travelled to the northside of the city to play Mayfield in our second game of the league. Captain for the game Dylan decided to play with the wind in the first half. With Patrick and Seamus playing in midfield they were supplying plenty of ball to the forwards. Shaun was in great scoring form again and Cian scoring as well. Kieran playing half back was supporting the midfield well while Matthew Luke and Adam were making sure the forwards were well marked. Craig making a few goods saves in goal at half time we led 4-1 to 1-1. Second half Cian went into goal and played very well saving several shots. Oisin was making some great blocks also. Further goals from Shaun Michael and Craig and points from Patrick and Kieran saw the rovers win with a bit to spare. Thanks to the parents for supporting and driving the boys to the match.
