Well done to our under 16 footballers who pulled off a super comeback against Youghal in the football league. Trailing by nine points at half time, the girls gradually chipped away at the opponents' lead and came out eventual winners on a score line of 3 09 to 2 06.

Our minor camogie team lined out at home on Thursday last for their league game against Nemo. This was a very competitive and tough battle with the score at half time Bride Rovers  1 03 to Nemo 1 05. However, the girls dug deep in the second half to win by the narrowest of margins Bride Rovers 1 09 to Nemo 1 08.

Our senior team played their second game of the league at home on Sunday against Glanmire. The visitors led well at half time with Rovers unlucky not to convert a few goal chances. The score at the half time whistle was Bride Rovers 0 06 to Glanmire 2 08. However, the home side made quite a strong comeback in the second half and notched up a couple of goals and six points but it wasn't enough to secure a victory and Glanmire won by a goal  - final score Bride Rovers 2 12 Glanmire 3 12.
