Cork Minor Football Munster Championship:
Well done to Leah Hallihan and the Cork Minor Football team on a fantastic win over Tipperary on Sunday last in the Munster Minor A Football Championship final in Mallow. Cork defeated Tipperary on a score line of Cork 5:12 to Tipperary 1:07 with Leah scoring 1-5 from play. Well done also to Sarah Murphy who was part of the management team as goalkeeper coach for the minor team.
First Friday Clothes Collection Continues:
Our Bride Rovers Ladies Football and Camogie Club Collection of old clothes, shoes, bags etc will be held this Friday September 3rd from 7:30pm – 8pm at Rathcormac Hall. No duvets, cushions or pillows please. All support is greatly appreciated.

Senior Ladies Football:
Our Senior ladies play Aghada in the first round of the Senior County Championship on Sunday 19th September in Aghada. Time TBC. Best of luck ladies.
Junior Ladies Football:
Well done to our Junior ladies who finished their championship on a high after defeating Aghada on a scoreline of 1-13 to 0-5. We travelled to Aghada on Thursday last to play Aghada for the second time this season. We led at halftime 0-4 to 0-3 and after a change of pitch at halftime, our girls fought hard scoring 1-7 in the second half to secure a victory. Well done to our girls on the night. Scorers: Aislinn O Connor 0-2, Caoimhe Barry 0-2, Caoimhe Kielty 0-3, Abbie Hoare 0-2, Elaine Culloty 1-3, Alannah Broderick 0-1. Unfortunately, this may be the end of the season for our Junior Ladies after defeat to Eire Og last week but they have had a successful season and well done to all.

U7/8 Football:
Our U7/8 girls played Fermoy in camogie and football on Monday evening in Pynes. 18 girls togged out on the night and we had great performances out of all the girls in both codes. Well done to all our girls on the night. Camogie training continues on Fridays at 6:30 in the big astro with football training on Monday evening at 6:30 in the astro aswell.
