Junior Camogie Championship..
On Sunday evening the 27th, we played Youghal in round 2 of our championship campaign. After a thrilling draw with Castlelyons in round one, we are looking forward to our next challenge.
The pitch was in great condition and supported by a large local attendance, we played some lovely Camogie. Right from 1 to 17 each player was in control of their opponent limiting a very committed Youghal team to a tough uncompromising game. Each player gave their best and the honesty of the effort was rewarded in a well deserved victory.
We are due to play Ballinora in our final group game in the middle of August. With continued application and honest endeavour, we look forward to that game.
