Ladies Club Report... - 2017-11-21 11:49:00

Our U16 footballers went to St Finbarrs pitch on Tuesday 14th November to play Rockban in the East Cork Final. The girls had played great football up to now and we were hoping this wouldn't be any less. Rockban began the scoring but they weren't ahead for long as Ella scored a goal, followed by another goal from Katie. Rockban once again took over scoring but Ciara and Anna both scoring points at half time we were only trailing by 3 points. Our girls came out fighting in the second half with points scored by Anna, Caoimhe H, Katie scoring 2. Rockban again tried to come back but our back line caused havoc for them. We continued our scoring with a point from Katie and Ciara. Fiona scored a goal and we then finished off our scoring with a point from Katie and Shauna.
