Congrats to our Senior Hurlers who have regained top spot on the Red FM SHL following a well deserved victory over Carrigtwohill on Saturday evening.
Playing with the aid of a very strong breeze, we got a first minute goal from Ml Collins and it was all one way traffic to to the short whistle,leading 1-11 to 0-2.
The second half was more competitive but we were full value for our 2.17 to 1.11 victory. (Full report on Tuesday's club notes)
We have just one game left to play in this League v Douglas but due to Douglas involvement in so many other competitions this game has not been fixed.
Either way we have qualified for the final stages with a Semi Final spot most likely.
Attention will now turn to the Championship and the draws are next Sunday Aug 28th in Pairc Ui Rinn at 8.45pm.
