Our u12 girls played away to Killeagh on Monday night. Even though the girls are playing great camogie it wasn't meant to be on the night. Well done to all girls who took part

Defeat for Seniors v St. Vals
Bride Rovers Senior Ladies made the long journey to Carrigadrohid on Monday evening last to play St. Vals in Round 4 of the Division 1A Football League.
St. Vals started the stronger getting the opening 3 points before points from Eimear Knightley & Sinead Walsh reduced the deficit to a single point. Further points from St Vals followed by a goal had them in front by 1-06 to 0-04 by the 20 minute mark, the rovers points coming from the impressive Katie Quirke and Grace Kearney.
The Rovers were creating good chances and were unlucky not to have a few goals. Vals finished the half stronger with 4 additional points to the Rovers two, scored by Eimear Knightly & Katie Quirke.
Into the second half and the Rovers got the perfect start with a goal from Grace Culloty however we never built on this and Vals dominated the half with the Rovers only other score coming from Grace Kearney. Final Score Bride Rovers 1-07 St. Vals 2-16.
There certainly was a few positives to take from this match, we had a number of young players involved who played well, Katie Quirke, Sarah Murphy & Andrea Quinn. Colette Hogan was excellent also.
