On Wednesday the 20th of April, the under 14 ladies football team lined out at home to Midleton. Although Bride Rovers had almost a full panel on the night, Midleton proved far too strong and led comfortably from the start to win by a decisive margin. Despite the best efforts of the girls, who never gave up working, chasing, marking and blocking, particularly in the second half, they were out-played on the night and unable to bridge the gap between the teams. Given that most of the players had had several other games during the week, either in school competition or at under 16 level, it was a spirited performance from a team who never gave up. Well done girls!.

U16 ladies beat Cloyne on Monday evening and will play Aghada in their last league football game on Sunday 1st of May, 2016 in Aghada.  The First game of the U21 Championship v Bantry is scheduled for Sunday the 8th of May, 2016 Venue and time to be decided.

Well done to Loreto Junior A Footballers who beat Colaiste Choilm on Monday the 25th of April, 2016 in Ballincollig. They now proceed to County Semi Final.

Best of luck to Cork Minors Grace Culloty and Laura Quirke who play Kerry in the Munster Final next Monday the 2nd of May, 2016 in Charleville at 3.00 p.m.


Congratulations to Katie and Sarah and the Cork U16 Footballers who beat Tipperary in Clonmel on Saturday the 23rd of April, 2016.  They now proceed to the Munster Final on Saturday the 7th of May, 2016 v Kerry Venue and Time to be decided.

Our Junior Camogie ladies were beaten by Banteer on Sunday last the 24th of April, 2016 Final Score 2-12 to 1-7.
