St. Patricks Day.
Thursday is St Patricks Day which means Club Finals Day in Croke Park. This year sees teams from the four provinces represented in the two Senior Finals and the four Clubs all going for a first title. In Football Castelebar Mitchells face Ballyboden/St Endas while in Hurling Blimerick's Na Piarsaigh face Ruari Og from Cushendall in the famed Glens of Antrim. Wouldn't it be great to be playing there on the Biggest Day for the GAA's grassroots? On the national front we in Bride Rovers extend our sympathy to GAA President Aogan O Fearghaill on the death of his father Aidan.
