Senior Hurlers..
Our Senior Hurlers played na Piarsaigh last Thursday night in a play off game for a semi final spot in this year’s league .We led at half time 1.8 to 1.7 the goal courtesy of a penalty scored by Barry Johnson. The second half was close until the last ten minutes when Na Piarsaigh added on a few points to run out winners 1.20 to 1.13 to end our involvement in this year’s league. We had a great league campaign finishing up in joint 4th position. Our championship game v Ballyhea is fixed for Mallow on Sunday Aug 11th at 3.45pm Following a decision of the Cork County Board extra-time will be played in rounds two, three and four. There will also be extra-time played in the Preliminary Round, Round 1 and Round 2 of the P1 and P2 U21 hurling competitions.
Junior Hurlers
Our Junior hurlers had a good win in the East Cork Div 2 League beating our neighbours Castlelyons 2.10 to 0.12
U14 Football
Bride Rovers under 14s travelled to Kanturk on Wednesday 17th of July to play Kanturk in the first round of the Northern division 2 football championship, played on a beautiful evening for any game the lads got off to the proverbial 'flyer' against Kanturk who were slow to find their rhythm. Bride Rovers pressed high and didn't allow Kanturk to gain any foothold in the game whilst the lads continued to keep the scoreboard moving, indeed at the referee's whistle for half half the scoreboard read, Kanturk 0:01 Bride Rovers 4:09. Bride rovers 2-10 Glenville 0-9 A great win for our lads against a strong Glenville side we also had a few of our older lads missing so the younger lads really stepped up, next game is away to Midelton this Wednesday the 24th in the football league in Midelton at 7

Cul Camp.
Preparations are being finalised for the annual Cul Camp which runs from next Monday July 29th until Friday August 2nd. A total of 120 boys are signed up for what promises to be a great week of fun.

Lotto
The Lotto Jackpot on last Tuesday July 16th was €20,000 and the four numbers drawn Numbers drawn this week July 16th were 8, 16, 22, 26. No Winner €30 Lucky dips went to Helen Hussey, Nathan Buckley, Orla Arnold, Shirley Johnson, Nathan Cronin .Tickets for the Weekly Lotto cost just €2 each and can be purchased from Club members and in local business outlets. Congrats to Grange
We extend our congratulations to the Grange Junior B Football team who won the county Junior B Football Championship last Sunday in Pairc Ui Rinn.
Cork Teams
The Cork underage teams are doing well and by the time you read this Cork u20s will have played the Munster u20 Hurling final with our own Eoin and Brian Roche involved.
