Assistance is needed this weekend by the club in our support of the Barry family, following the passing of our club vice president, Tommy Barry.
Tommy, the uncle of our current senior hurling manager Liam Barry, made a huge contribution to Bride Rovers GAA and the wider community of Rathcormac and Bartlemy. From being central to fundraising efforts for causes such as Fermoy Hospital, to church and community developments in our own village, Tommy has made a true a d lasting contribution.

The club require
- assistance with the making of sandwiches and baked goods. These can be dropped to Rathcormac Hall from 9am on Sunday.
- assistance with serving of tea/coffee and the above refreshments after the funeral mass and burial.
In addition, a guard of honour will take place in the churchyard before and after the funeral mass. We will be joined by Rathcormac Coursing Club in doing so.
Club members and supporters are asked to meet at 10.30am in the church yard to support the arrangement of same.
