A whole school assembly greeted our victorious senior hurlers on their visit to Scoil Bhríde, Rathcormac.

Welcomed by Principal Rory Gibbons and staff, it certainly was a warm and excited welcome. With former Principal Margaret Howard also present, it was a great opportunity to look back at class photos, sporting photos and speak with former teachers.

A key feature of the near 2 hour visit was the time afforded for the hurlers to visit each classroom. As well as signing 700 autographs each, they spoke with the boys and girls who currently play with the club and those others interested in joining. 

Thank you to the school for providing the time for our players to visit, and for the pupils to spend time with their heros in their classrooms.
