Bride Rovers second junior hurling team will take to the field in Aghavine on Friday evening next trying to make it four wins our of four for Bride Rovers adult teams this year.
Three weeks back, our junior footballers overcame Fr. O'Neills in round 1 of the JBFC. This weekend, our senior hurlers had a great round 1 win over Blarney, a team who dealt us such heartache in 2023 and 2024. Then, on Monday afternoon, our junior hurlers got the better of Carrigtwohill in the first round of the East Cork JAHC.
Our club also hosted 2 significant games in Páirc na Bríde, a SAHC clash where Carrigtwohill overcame Fermoy on Saturday evening, and a JAHC shock on Sunday evening when St. Itas, minus Seamus Harnedy, got the better of Carrig na bhFear.
Well done to all involved this last weekend, and best wishes to our hurlers in the JCHC later this week (Friday 8th at 7.30pm in Aghavine).
