Every year, Bartlemy Community Hall Committee run the Tea Stall to cater for those in attendance.
Similar to the Tea Stall at the monthly Car Boot Sale, this allows for the upkeep of the hall in meeting its increasing use each year.
The Hall Committee have an appeal this year for people who would be willing to make sandwiches and bake cakes ahead of the event, and/or to physically assist in catering at the event.

Tickets will be available at the races for the fundraising raffle for the refurbishmemt of Bartlemy Hall.
