Weather plays Havoc ...

The lethal combination of Storm Emma and the Wind from Siberia yielded a woeful cocktail of extreme weather events last week. The adverse conditions stretched into the weekend wreaking havoc with all sports fixtures at national and local level. We had two games scheduled, Senior Hurling League v Ballyhea and the first round of the under 21 FC against Carrignavar and  both were cancelled. The Under 21 game goes ahead next Sunday while the Ballyhea game is yet to be refixed.

No Jackpot Winner of €19,600.
