Lotto at  €10,000...

With no Jackpot winner on Tuesday March 21st the Jackpot for this past Tuesday was a massive €10,000. The four numbers drawn on 21/3 were 2,14,15 and 20. The winners of €30 each were Helen McGrath, c/o J. Murphy, Mark Troy Monanig, Jimmy O Sullivan Castlelyons, Sorcha Lowry c/o Pat Mannix and John O Brien Corrin.. Thanks to all those who support our Lotto every week and remember if you're not in you can't win. The tickets for the weekly draw costs just €2 and can be purchased from Club Members and in local business premises. Tickets can also be purchased on line at locallotto.ie  A yearly Loot ticket can also be purchased for €90 and this ensures you will be in for every draw for twelve months. Every €2 helps with the funding and day to day running of the Club.

RED FM County Senior Hurling League.

On Saturday afternoon last we were away to St Finbarrs in the SHL. In a good game of hurling played in summer like conditions at Togher the home team proved too sharp winning on a margin of 3 16 to 1 14. Team and scorers; D Fitzgerald (0-1), F Collins, D Carr, T O Sullivan, C O Connor (0-1), B Murphy, M Liddane, M Kearney, S Kearney, M Collins (1-0), S Glasgow, R Prendergast, W Finnegan, D Dooley (0-11), S O Connor.

We play our first evening game in the League on this coming Saturday April the 1st when we are away to Carrigtwohill at .7.30pm.

Junior Hurling.

Our Junior Hurling team play a challenge game on Sunday at 11.45 in Rathcormac against Donoughmore.

Juvenile News.

Under 13 Football League.

We travelled to Ballyanley on last Saturday to play Inniscarra in the Premier 2 Football League.  Despite having a few players injured the lads gave a good account of themselves. It was only in the last few minutes that the home team got on top to win by 2 5 to 0 4 and Ryan O Callaghan was unlucky to see a pile-driver hit the crossbar with 5 minutes left.

FEILE FOOTBALL.

On this Saturday April the 1st our under 14 football team play in the Feile in Fermoy. Commencing at 11 am we are grouped with Fermoy, Donoughmore and Aghada.
Under 9 and under 10 Hurling.

Both teams played at the weekend with the under 10's defeating Grnagh and the under 9's drawing with Ballygarvan. The under9's have a home football game this Saturday against Slievrue. (Full reports from these games next week)
Fixtures.

We play our first under 12 Hurling League game on Monday night April the 3rd at 7pm

U10 football league next Saturday 1/4 away v Shanballymore, time to be confirmed

First U8 football blitz of the season next Saturday 1/4 in Ballyhooly @ 10.00

Everyone in the Club extend best wishes to Dylan Brown and Jack Kearney, representing Bartlemy Badminton Club, who take part in the All Ireland badminton Finals in Dublin this weekend.

MEMBERSHIP FEES FOR 2017.

Membership fees for the 2017 season are now being accepted from players  and non-players. It is essential for all players to have the membership fee paid before the playing season commences. Anyone who wishes to pay the Membership Fee by instalments will be accommodated to do so.

The Fees for 2017 are as follows;

Players €100

Non Player adult membership €50

OAP membership €20.

Gym Membership €100.

All Membership and Gym Fees can be paid to the Club Treasurer Dan Quill or any Executive Committee Member.

ASTRO TURF BOOKING.

All bookings of the two Astro Turf playing areas are to be made by contacting the Club Runai Daniel Lane at 087 2070100.

CAR BOOT SALE.

There is a car Boot Sale in Rathcormac on next Sunday so if you have an hour or two to spare on Sundayor on Saturday morning help is always needed.

STEWARDS TRAINING COURSE.

The Cork County GAA Board are holding a training course for Voluntary Stewards to help with games in Pairc Ui Chaoimh and Pairc Ui Rinn. The course will be held in late April and full details can be got from Club Officers.
